Three Scenarios under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana &#8211; PMAY 2.0 &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There is <strong><b>no adult female member <\/b><\/strong>in the family!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The scheme guidelines <strong><b>allow male-only ownership <\/b><\/strong>in this case.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For an applicant who is a Widower, Unmarried, separated person or transgender, the house will be made in the individual\u2019s name.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Female member\u2019s <strong><b>name is not added at the time of purchase\/sale!<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In this scenario, the scheme guidelines <strong><b>allow addition<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0of Female member\u2019s name to the property documents at a later stage also.
